I tell stories. Stories of lives well lived, of beautiful memories left behind.
My husband and I had been trying to have a baby for close to a decade. You can imagine the indescribable joy when the tests finally showed we were going to be parents. Unfortunately, we lost the baby in the second trimester, and our world was shattered. Having Teri tell our story of hope, despair, grief, and loss not only helped us cope with the trauma but also allowed us to share our journey of having the child we never really had.
There's a lot that goes into launching a successful non-profit. From ideation to proposal writing all the way to completion of the first project, it's a lot of work. Having Teri write our profiles, proposals to prospective donors, and speeches for various fundraising events was a welcome reprieve as it took some work off our hands. I love her professionalism, attention to detail, and strict deadline adherence. Every piece she submitted captured our visions and objectives delivered in the ideal tone and style. I recommend her.
My baby sister was my best friend and confidante. Her untimely passing after a short battle with cancer left me devastated, torn, and all alone. I felt abandoned and bitter. Only after I was able to tell the story of our childhood, our strong bond, and the painful impact of her death was I really able to find acceptance and healing. I agree with Teri, we heal better when talk about our departed loves. Thanks for bringing out the beauty and true spirit of dear Cheryl. Working with you was quite therapeutic, and the beautiful tribute gave me some closure.

I help families bring out the beauty and character of their dear ones by writing obituaries, tributes, eulogies and mini biographies that define their legacy. Obituaries that go beyond the usual bland and dull announcements, capturing the essence of their true selves.
